Attend the Health New England Medicare Wellness Fair

Health New England warmly invites you to join us Wednesday, July 15, at the Baystate Health Education Center in Holyoke for our Medicare Wellness Fair.

This special event is exclusively for Health New England Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO members. It is a wonderful opportunity to learn how to make the most of your Medicare plan and connect with Health New England and Baystate Health team members, local businesses like Big Y and Springfield Senior Center, and trusted vendors like Virta Health. Best of all, there is no cost to sign up or attend!

When: Wednesday, July 15 | 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Where: Baystate Health Education Center, 361 Whitney Ave., Holyoke, MA

At the fair, you can enjoy:

• Healthy aging presentations about healthy eating, fall prevention & recovery, and mindfulness.
• Helpful information tables from Health New England and Baystate Health departments, the Big Y Nutrition Team, and health vendors
• A guided wellness table tour to learn more about services available to Medicare members
• Blood pressure screening
• Snacks and refreshments provided by the Health New England Medicare and Member Experience teams
